Job Description:

As a 2nd Assistant Manager, you'll be a key player in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant. Working closely with the management team, you'll ensure our customers receive exceptional service and our staff stays motivated and well-coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervising and training staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Assisting in scheduling and payroll management.
• Contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
