Location: Fargo, ND
Type: Temp to Hire, Full Time
Schedule: 4pm 12am Monday Friday
** Must be able to train on first shift
Compensation: $20/hour, excellent benefits
Position Overview:

• 
  Help the Safety Manager coordinate meetings, training meetings etc. Of a large staff.
  
• 
  Promote safe work practices in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  
• 
  Assist in general administrative duties associated with safety compliance of staff members.
  
• 
  Support the safety task force, supervisors, team leaders and other team members.
  
• 
  Complete incident reports to identify source of the problem and help develop solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• 
  Effective communication skills and a positive attitude are a must-have!
  
• 
  Strong public speaking skills are necessary for this position.
  
• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• 
  Experience with Microsoft Suite required.
  
• 
  3-5 years of safety training experience preferred.
  
• 
  OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
