2nd Shift Associate Test Engineer - Entegee

Summary: Seeking a 2nd shift Associate Test Engineer with experience in medical device product development and proficiency in executing system tests, authoring test reports, and utilizing lab equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of one year's experience in medical device product development or equivalent.

• Knowledge of creating test methods for verifying product requirements.

• Familiarity with basic statistics and use of Minitab.

• Experience using Instron mechanical tester, oscilloscope, force gauges, and LabVIEW.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and document System tests.

• Author Test Reports and route documents for approval.

• Create quality and safety related documentation to support validity of test.

• Communicate test related activities and results with multi-disciplinary team members.

• Perform gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies.

• Provide input to engineers to assist in the development of test protocols and prototype builds.

• Perform mechanical and electrical testing to evaluate new and existing products.

• Generate and analyze test data, report results per departmental procedures.

• Prepare and operate various lab equipment such as Instron mechanical testers, visual inspection tools, autoclaves etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Recent BSEE/Biomedical/ME graduate with an internship in Medical device field is preferred.

• Robotics experience is a plus.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
