2ND SHIFT BILLING CLERK - JBS USA

BILLING CLERK

Hours: 3:00-11:30pm

Position Description:

• Bill loads within 30 minutes of receiving. 
• Thoroughly check and proof export documents when received. 
• Notify drivers when loads are ready. 
• Update call list regularly. 
• Checkout drivers when a guard is not available. 
• Saturdays when the shipping shift works.
• Cross train with Export Clerk.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous accounting and office experience preferred. 
• Excellent computer skills required. 
• Communication skills- written and verbal including phone etiquette.
• Good work history including phone etiquette.
• Good work history including attendance.
• Team player
