26432 - Technical Sales Specialist - Genomics - Boston - Life Search Technologies

We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Specialist near Boston, MA. This person will have a background in biology, genomics, PCR, NGS, sequencing, gene synthesis, DNA, etc., and will be responsible to call on biopharmaceutical, academic, and biotechnology research accounts in the area. Additional responsibilities include managing and growing existing accounts as well as prospecting for new business.

Requirements:

• B.S. in a technical field (i.e., Biology, Molecular Biology, or related fields)
• Life Science technical sales experience
• Strong prospector, experienced in funnel management
• Proven sales accomplishments
• Team player
• Strong presentation, analytical, and customer service skills complemented by an aggressive and solutions-oriented track record
• A plus - Lab experience with genomics, PCR, DNA, sequencing, etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Based near Boston, MA
