MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of experience as an admissions operations coordinator; OR a combination of related education and work experience to equal five (5) years. Prior experience managing applicant data from pre-enrollment to enrollment, extensive reporting, and customer service is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Skilled with student information systems, document management, and admissions application technology.
- Knowledge of current admissions best practices.
- Ability to learn and apply new and updated processes.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local admissions regulations.
- Ability to communicate concisely, effectively, and politely.
- Ability to work in a diverse, collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally work evenings. May require occasional travel.
