Position: BGA Failure Analysis Technician
Location: Durham, NC
Pay: $24/hour
Experience:
- 1.5+ years of extensive BGA rework experience is advantageous
- 1.5+ years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment is advantageous
Education: High school diploma or GED and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Greene Resources is seeking a BGA Failure Analysis Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor
- Perform repair to PCB's based on daily schedule
- Validate material and required documentation for work orders
- Perform training on SOPs, etc. As needed
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to efficiently remove parts from PCBA and solder equipment
- Hand soldering (including jumper wires) skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Able to read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions
- Perform documentation with high levels of accuracy
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
- Great practical problem-solving skills
- Maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
