Our client is embarking on an Oracle r12 implementation/re-implementation and is in need of a Project Manager well-experienced in Oracle ERP who has a strong hands-on technical background to serve as one of the Technical Leaders for this very large-scale and long-term project. Responsibilities Will Include
- End-to-end management of Oracle r12 implementation/re-implementation
- Assist in the design, implementation and support of the organizational governance as designated by the client
A technical Project Manager with extensive experience in Oracle ERP end-to-end implementations with:
Primary Skill
- Data Conversion/Migration for Oracle ERP implementation
- Strong technical background this role is 75% technical and 25% functional
- Management, design and development of RICEW in Oracle ERP
- Master Data Management
- Management of infrastructure hosting
- Management of Business Intelligence
- Managing RFP
- 10 to 15 years of IT experience with 8 years of Oracle ERP experience
- Extensive prior hands-on experience in technical roles as developer and designer in Oracle ERP with progression into management
- Experience with at least 2 End to end full lifecycle implementations in Oracle ERP
- Experience in techno functional roles in Oracle ERP
- Extensive experience in Data Conversions/Migration for Oracle ERP implementations
- Experience with one of the following functional areas: Financial Management, Purchasing or Project Control/Billing
- Experience in Master Data Management
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail; requires strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to facilitate third-party, end-users and other stakeholders in joint analysis sessions to ensure understanding of goals, requirements and deliverables
- Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root cause analysis and draw conclusions
- Ability to lead and work under pressure; make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
