The Customer maintains a virtual machine infrastructure comprised of several virtual environments and virtual machines.
This includes installing, upgrading, patching, and maintenance on hosts (hypervisors) that contain virtual machines, and any virtualization hardware/software necessary to operate and maintain the virtual infrastructure.
