2025 Summer Analyst, Customer Experience (Related Ross) - Related

Our formal 10-week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team's success. Interns work alongside some of the best minds in Real Estate, in an innovative, fast-paced environment and are expected to approach tasks and projects with dedication and initiative.

Our internship program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events. We focus on accelerating growth with hands-on professional development and training. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort.

The CX Summer Analyst will be immersed in the brand experience of Related Ross, with a lens focused on survey data, KPIs, training programs, and an exploration of AI in the future of Customer Experience. This Summer Analyst will primarily support training initiatives for all customer facing teams across the Related Ross Portfolio, while evaluating how the brand is delivered to customers, and will be instrumental in the planning and coordination of a customer-facing team member Town Hall meeting.

• Support the development and delivery of training programs for customer-facing teams across the Related Ross portfolio
• Research the future of AI and the role it can play in a strong customer experience program preparing a presentation on trends and recommended program additions
• Support all surveying initiatives across multiple business units understanding different objectives, customer journeys, and dashboard reporting for each
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for enhancing training programs and surveying journeys
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of a customer-facing team member Town Hall Meeting
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Host and anticipate guest and tenant needs
• Develop and implement effective organizational system to track and remember customer preferences and names
• Assist with the planning and execution of any tenant events

Related Ross’ Summer Analyst Program aims to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders. To be considered for the 2025 Related Ross Summer Analyst program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2025- Spring 2026
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing or other related fields
• A strong passion for hospitality

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, particularly in problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
• Maintain a high sense of professionalism to uphold the standards of Related Ross
• Exhibit composure during high pressure or challenging situations
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
