PART-TIME HR Coordinator
The Town of Milford is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator for our Human Resource Department. This is a great opportunity for those looking for part-time hours. There is flexibility with days (Mon - Fri) and hours (between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.). This individual would work 10-15 hrs/wk and would assist with everything from filing to special projects. Wage range is $17.00-$20.00/hr. There are no benefits associated with this position.
General Duties:
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee files to include creating new hire folders, general filing or assisting to process out-going employees
Assist with Special projects:
- Assist with posting jobs, may include updating applicant tracking program, assisting with maintaining the HR portion of the website.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Alpha/Numeric accuracy is essential
- Computer data entry experience necessary
- Proficiency with excel
- Must be able to interact well with the public and staff
