LEAP is Fidelity's learner-centered 18-week technology program crafted to prepare new talent to become leading technologists. Upon completion of the program, you will join one of our diverse technology organizations supporting various business initiatives. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while achieving group goals and continuing to enhance your knowledge while learning new technologies.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING

• Recent completion or in current pursuit of a technology-focused bachelor s degree.
• Understanding of User Centered Design.
• Programming and debugging using front-end applications such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular & Ionic.
• Experience with Native Android (Kotlin, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose).
• Experience with Native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIkit, Xcode).
• Understand Component-Driven Development (CDD).
• Understand approaches to various levels of testing, such as with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
