Position: 2 PLC Controls Engineers

Employment Type: Direct Hire/Full-Time

Interview Process: 2-step interview process

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday & Saturday (depending on workload)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking 2 PLC Controls Engineers to develop, program, and debug PLC programs and HMIs for assembly and gauging machinery at both the station and multi-station systems levels. This role involves interfacing with program managers, mechanical designers, and the manufacturing team throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will take charge of a station after assembly and be the key player in making a machine run parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program multi-station assembly and test systems
• Code PLC and HMI
• Configure SCADA systems
• Apply motion control knowledge
• Utilize Panel View Plus and Panel Builder 32
• Manage networking tasks

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of mechatronic systems and components
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with Allen Bradley RS Logic 5000
• SIEMENS experience is a plus
• Preferred experience in powertrain systems
• Familiarity with Ethernet IP
• Knowledge of step and state logic
• Experience with Fanuc & ABB robot programming is a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
