Position Title: Warehouse Associate

This is a 1^st Shift Position!

Pay: $17 to $18 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Client in Grand Rapids MI. This role focuses on accurately handling, organizing, and preparing materials/products while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive customer experience by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

• Handle materials/products with care to prevent damage.

• Collect and package/assemble materials from the warehouse and yard for shipment.

• Verify work to prevent shipping and inventory errors.

• Support error correction for packing stations.

• Adhere to all relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Organize and maintain proper signage and storage for warehouse materials.

• Assist with general housekeeping and upkeep of the warehouse/yard.

• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

• Follow all safety protocols and work responsibly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities while adapting to changes.

• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain computer literate.
