1st Shift Production Supervisor - HCSC

This role supervises production employees at the Camden, NJ Division of HCSC-Laundry. Responsibilities include employee orientation and training, employee relations/communications, safety, and monitoring workflow, and daily scheduling of employees within specific departments to match and maintain workflow. Additional duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met

•Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer

•Communicates production issues to management

•Supervises, orients & trains employees

Experience and Education:

•High School diploma or equivalent is required: college degree preferred

•Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills

•Problem solving skills

•Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office

Hours: 1st shift Hours. Occasional weekends required.
