Inergroup is hiring immediately for First Shift Production Lead jobs in Jackson GA.As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet or exceed safety, quality, production, and daily customer demand metrics in a production environment.The Production Lead also drives continuous improvement across key business objectives and provide training to the line cell.Weekly pay starting at $18.50/hr and great benefits available.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years Warehouse Experience
• Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Previous management in a production environment
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-restricted environment
• General Professional Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Bilingual a plus)
• Adhere to company safety standards

• Acts as front line for direction, instruction, and training of staff.
• Works in coordination with Production Supervisors and other Line Leaders to manage the daily operations of assigned employees
• Communicates and trains the assembly process using the batch production record
• Uses basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.
• Supports employee(s) by answering questions and assisting where needed.
• Achieves required safety, quality, delivery and performance levels.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
