CNC Operator Details:

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:00pm

Days: Monday-Friday

Wage: $15.00 per hour

Location: Sparta,WI 54656

CNC Operator Duties and Requirements:

• Individual must possess: ability to adapt to change in priorities on a daily basis; good mechanical abilities and manual dexterity; good verbal communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written

• Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations (fractions, decimals, percentages)

• Operates CNC machines to produce quality parts for the Company according to established Company procedure

• Correctly loads and unloads machines

• Performs quality checks of finished, milled product, using calipers to ensure proper dimensional requirements

• Performs quality checks of finished, milled product, using calipers to ensure proper dimensional requirements

• Buffs and de-burrs parts and plates

• May operate a forklift on a weekly basis

• Utilizes air and hand ratchets, files, functional gauges, de-burring knives, CNC machines, hand mills, band saws, and manual lathes

• Work is performed in a production environment with routine exposure to dirt, noise, chemicals, and solvents

• Regular exposure to repetitive motions and tasks

• Other duties as assigned
