1st Shift Injection Mold Technician at Micro Tech

1st Shift 7:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machine, both automatic and semi-automatic. 
• Perform visual inspection of all parts to ensure meets product standards. 
• Complete all information required on the shift tickets. 
• Ensure all machines are operating efficiently and correctly 
• Work with operators and other techs to ensure smooth production flows 

Requirements:

• Strong set up experience with Injection Mold Machinery 
• Candidate must understand blue prints, do dimensional checks with calipers, verniers, pin gages, tensile testing.
• Must have at least 2+ years experience operating injection mold machinery in a fast paced manufacturing environment
