1st shift Machine Operator - Micro Tech

Machine Operator

M-F; Some OT on Saturdays (not right now; only when things pick up) and when extremely busy; 7 days/week

Primary Responsibilities
Monitors up to 10 expanded metal machines
Reviews load and speed times of the machines
Reviews output for deformities and discrepancies
Measures with micrometer and calipers for width variances, thickness variances, and any other product variation discrepancies

Secondary Responsibilities
Work along side of quality dept.
Creates reports of data collected through out the shift
Reports machine malfunctions to supervisors
