Remote Customer Service Representative!
Live Reps is now hiring for (USA) remote, work from home 1099 positions (35 to 40 hrs. per week) This is an inbound and outbound campaign opportunity. Our company was one of the first in the U.S. to offer a flexible work from home opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service to all clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude.
- Resolve customer issues with prompt and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in our database.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall Customer Service processes.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
PC Requirements:
A personal desktop computer or laptop, No MAC or Tablets, that meets the following requirements and is connected to the internet via a cable connected to your DSL or Cable Modem (NO wireless connectivity):
- Processor: I5 processor or better
- Memory: 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
- Internet minimum Speed: 50MBPS
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox (latest version)
- 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
- Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones. Sound cards are often included in computers and are needed to allow you to hear audio.
USB Headset: a headset that plugs into your computer.
Our IT team will guide you through computer & virus protection. There are a variety of Anti-Virus software available on the market today. The 2 that are approved by Live Reps are:
