About With a Little Help:

We are a local in-home care company that has been serving the Seattle area for 28 years. We provide high quality 1-on-1 care to those that want to age at home and stay engaged.

We don't just make a meal for our clients, we sit down and share the meal with them. Companionship is the reason for everything we do, and our mission is that all client/caregiver relationships are authentic and meaningful. We truly care for our employees and want you to succeed.

What We Offer:

• Multiple Locations: within the greater Seattle area
• Flexible Schedule: we are looking for caregivers for full-time or part-time positions including some weekend availability. 
• Benefits: health and dental insurance, paid sick and vacation time for ALL employees
• Education: free online and in-person continuing education workshops, to meet state requirements and sharpen your skills
• Support: we offer a welcoming office staff to give you the tools to succeed - we have a care team here to help you out 24/7
• Travel compensation: we will reimburse your mileage for driving clients, plus time and mileage between clients

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
