Job Duties
Analyze requirements of customers regarding their business process and records management needs with an industry perspective developed through working inside the engineering, purchasing and operations functions in manufacturers. Then, given the careful discovery of client needs and wants, assess the technical capabilities of our SoftExpert Suite of modules to design the best-fit configuration to meet these needs based on best practices learned through years of “being in the clients’ shoes on their side of the table”.
Main Activities:
- Active pursuit of becoming a “subject matter expert” across all industries and solutions offered by SoftExpert;
- Analysis of customer’s requirements;
- Record and forward client requests appropriately;
- Clarify technical product data upon request;
- Assist in the definition of project and service scope;
- Evaluate the client's current technical scenario;
- Understand customer needs and expectations;
- Record performed activities;
- Know, apply and participate in the creation of the general rules of the company, as well as the ones specific to the activities developed;
- Interact with areas related to the performance of the above responsibilities and assignments, in order to ensure effectiveness of results, participation in projects, exchange of experiences, others;
- Interact with the team, providing and informing technical solutions; being a knowledge multiplier and acting as facilitator.
Skills and Experience
- Professional with more than 5 years of successful technical experience in the Automotive, Defense, Life Science, or other manufacturing industries;
- Training or practical experience in Quality Management Systems (technical and compliance), Business Process Improvement, Product Design/Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations Management is a differentiator;
- Associate’s or higher degree preferably aligned with above industries related subjects;
- Awareness of typical customer daily challenges and needs;
- Excellent interpersonal relationships based on a positive attitude;
- Persistent, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Self-discipline, organization, multitasking and problem solving;
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Quality results driven;
- Proactivity.
