We are seeking a motivated and creative *11-7 RN Supervisor* to join our team and contribute to our growth in a supportive environment. The RN Supervisor will lead the clinical team for both short-term and long-term residents, ensuring excellent care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for administrative, clinical, and professional development of staff during the designated shift.
• Coordinate and oversee nursing care delivery.
• Conduct unit rounds and maintain standards of care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor with a high tolerance for pressure.
