10038 – Sr. Human Resources Generalist
As a Sr. HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring overall HR compliance, employee relations, organizational training and development across all company’s locations. Providing supervision on both mandatory and internal regulations, as well as suggesting necessary improvements for company’s management to boost ethical and regulatory standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall HR compliance support and guidance related to regulatory compliance, as well as global company HR policies and procedures
- Take part in developing and maintaining internal HR policies and compliance procedures
- Plan and coordinate activities for the organization to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Verify that all company and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated
- Engage in HR internal auditing, compliance investigations, or other activities related to human resources and employment/employees
- Identify compliance issues that require further follow-up or investigation.
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Administration of State sponsored Grant program.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues, in areas of HR regulatory compliance and organizational development & training.
- Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compliance practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications (i.e. PHR) highly preferred.
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Capability of working globally with people of varied technical backgrounds and cultures
- Excellent organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Very high attentiveness to details and accuracy of information processing
- Solid communication, listening, presentation and writing skills
- High sense responsibility & ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Base Compensation
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00
