Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Analyze financial data and identify key trends to help clients assess the impact on the transaction.
- Synthesize and convert the data into meaningful information that is used to drive discussions with target management and drive observations and conclusions.
- Prepare and present detailed financial analysis reports, including EBITDA, working capital, financial statement, and debt & capital structure analyses.
- Lead and manage engagement teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes and methodologies.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and with client personnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial due diligence, preferably in a transaction services role at a public accounting firm such as KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte.
