Position: Civil, Land Division Location: Arvada, CO
Salary Range: $65-$80k DOE
Summary: As a Civil Graduate Engineer, you'll dive into the world of civil engineering design, working closely with licensed professionals and immersing yourself in our industry-leading practices. Your mission? To become a master of AutoCAD Civil3D while pursuing your Professional Engineering license.
What You Bring to the Table: = Organization, self-motivation, and a knack for collaborative problem-solving = Ambition to learn the fundamentals of civil engineering design and our standards = Passion for mastering AutoCAD Civil3D and contributing to groundbreaking projects
Duties and Responsibilities: < Prepare eye-catching exhibits and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D > Collaborate with agency staff and internal teams on designs and solutions = Craft entitlement documents supporting various projects = Calculate quantities using Microsoft Excel and justify your brilliance in letters using Word = Assist in creating construction drawings with AutoCAD Civil3D
Required Skills: < Proficient in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Outlook, and Microsoft Project > Stellar communication skills and a team player mindset = Proactive approach to pursuing design solutions > Competent technical skills for engineering tasks > Open-minded, detail-oriented, and adaptable < Good reputation as a supportive team member
Required Experience: < Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering = Engineer-in-Training Certificate < 1-4 years of industry experience = Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D software
