1 - This is aFULLY ONSITEposition.Only submit LOCAL candidateswho are willing towork fully onsite, 40 hours/week in this role.2 - Candidates must be willing and able to go to the client location for anONSITE, IN-PERSON interviewif selected for interview.3 -Exceptional communication skills(both written and verbal)are criticalin thisrole as the resource will be interacting regularly w/technical developers,architects, and managers, as well as non-technical subject matter experts,stakeholders, and project managers.Candidates will be developing in Visual Studio, C# and should also have strongexperience with development and configuration of MS Dynamics, as well asexperience with MVC, Linq and SQL. Javascript is used quite a bit too, soexperience with that as well will be important. It is also important thatcandidates have experience with Azure DevOps or a similar configurationmanagement system.The ITD Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has the obligation to provide avariety of motor vehicle registration services, operator licensing services, andregulatory compliance services as mandated by the Idaho Legislature andapplicable Federal regulations. DMV is modernizing their systems and isdeveloping and maintaining a significant baseline of source code and associateddata base structures as a part of this modernization effort.The scope of this work is to develop software systems for:1. Driver's License Issuance and Credentialing2. Vehicle Registration and Titling3. Motor Vehicle regulation compliance4. Commercial Motor Vehicle Services5. Motor Vehicle Dealer licensing6. Supporting Administrative Systems7. Other features and functions as designated by the Motor Vehicle AdministratorAgency Expected Deliverables1. Reviewing, understanding and implementing defined customer requirements.2. Reviewing, understanding and correcting identified problems.3. Testing and verification of operation consistent with user requirements.4. Source Code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with establishedprocedures.5. Release of object code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance withestablished procedures.6. Interacting with technical and non-technical staff as needed in the executionof the above in an Agile/Scrum environment
